Leading with Meaningful Relationships with Sidney Minter

This week, Sigalle sits down with Sidney O. Minter, the corporate counsel for Advanced Auto Parts, where he provides advisory and risk management support to the business' key stakeholders. He is also an active participant in the Minorities in the Profession Committee and the Burlington Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Sidney has received numerous recognitions for his work, including Black Enterprises "Modern Man", Business North Carolina's "Legal Elite in Employment Law" and was named a "Rising Star" in Labor and Employment Law in the 2021 North Carolina Super Lawyers.
